Carseat Trade In Events – Walmart vs. Target
Both Walmart & Target are running “Carseat TradeIn Events” this month in celebration of National Baby Safety Month.
Why Should I Trade In My Carseat?
- Your Child has grown & now needs a different type of Car Seat
- Your car seat has been in an accident. Your Car seat has expired. Six (6) years from the manufacturing date is the general recommendation. (It can be found on the back of most car seats). At most, 10 years is the accepted maximum lifetime of a carseat. The reasons for these limits involve possible degradation of the plastic shell and other parts, the possible loss/breakage of parts, and the fact that older seats will often not meet current government safety standards.
- You want a fresh clean or more stylish one!
