Now, you can use Walmart’s free Ship to Store option to select a FedEx Office as your pickup location!
Who is Fedex Walmart Pickup good for?
So now, if you aren’t buying enough to meet Walmart’s $35 free shipping threshold, and live, work or shop closer to a FedEx Office, you’ll be able to pick up your order there. Some people prefer the security of having their orders shipped to a location other than their front porch.
Pickup at a FedEx Office is free, and most items will be available for pickup within 2-3 days from the time the order was placed. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. You can also opt to receive text alerts to get pickup notifications.
To be eligible for FedEx Office pickup, ALL of your items must be sold by Walmart (not marketplace sellers) and meet the FedEx size and weight requirements. FedEx Office pickup locations will only be shown at checkout when all of your pickup items can be picked up at FedEx & if there is a participating location nearby.
Ready To Pick Up Walmart orders?
Once you receive the email that your pickup is ready, simply visit your FedEx Office location. Be sure to bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your FedEx tracking number. Walmart will hold your pickup order at Fedex for one week. (Like most other pickup policies)
